Hope for the future
This weekend I had fifteen tenth grade boys. You know that could have been a disaster. Our church had 200 teens scattered into twelve homes. Our group of boys was awesome. They got serious and listened when they were supposed to, the played and prayed well together, not leaving anyone out. The cleaned up after themselves, they listened and obeyed instructions. They gave me hope for the future. We had an awesome speaker here is his website
Runks.com
There was also an awesome band called Luminate. Thier website is Luminiterock.com
I am going to add some photos of "our boys".
The yellow and pink tape and the flags and some forks and such were left during the last night courtesy of the tenth grade girls. They came the evening before to pray with the guys. (they actually had an awesome session together) and case the joint. The boys were actually still up and didn't notice anything. Our guard dog probably helped them! Of course Paulina had defected to thier side and spent them night with the girls (well, the the little sister of the host family who is a friend of hers) but fell asleep before the fun. Anyway, it was an awesome weekend, with some awesome guys.
